Class Changes:
When dropping or adding a class at any time during the year, a drop-add form must be completed. These can be picked up at the front desk. Not showing up for classes, does NOT constitute a withdrawal from class. Accounts will continue to be charged for tuition until the drop-add form has been completed.
Insurance:
Triple Threat Divas Studio does not carry medical insurance for its students. It is required that all students be covered by their own family insurance policies and if injury occurs it is understood that the student's own policy is your only source of reimbursement.
Bad Weather/Holidays:
The studio will not necessarily close for snow days, regardless of if area schools are closed. If in doubt call the studio before coming to class on the given day for a recorded message. Unless otherwise announced, all classes are held as scheduled. We do not observe school holidays unless noted. If classes are canceled, a text/email will be sent out about make-up classes for a later time for the amount already paid. There are no refunds.
Attendance:
Good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class. Students should be prompt and prepared for class. If your student missed class, please inform us as soon as possible. There will be no refunds for missed classes. Attendance will be tracked for all dancers o ensure that they are attending all of their requisite classes. Dancers are allowed to miss two unexcused absences per month; however, they cannot be in the same style. Any more than two classes missed must be made up within a month. Failure to attend requisite classes each month will result in loss extra dancers and possible removal from group dances and/or held from competitions or performances. Dancers are allowed to miss three unexcused rehearsals throughout the year. A dancer is not allowed to miss the practice before a competition. Most dances will have alternate(s) chosen. Alternates will learn and rehearse the dance with their teammates. They will be ready to perform the dance in case there is an illness, injury, or attendance issues with a dancer. This will give some dancers an opportunity to train with and become better dancers. For suggestions of which make up classes would best suit, please feel free to ask your teacher. Call ahead to schedule your make-up class.
